08 MINUTES OF THE MEETING 31-10 - 2008

As on November 11 Executive's term of office expires next, based on what our Constitution provides, it is given during the election of new Board of Directors. The voting gave the following results for the various roles:
President: in the absence of candidates aspiring to the office, the Assembly has asked the current president, Bruno Bevilacqua, to be confirmed, obtaining availability. Therefore, Bruno Bevilacqua is president confirmed unanimously.
Vice-President: took note of the unavailability of the Vice-President, Alessandro Valmori, it shall elect a new vice president. It is proposed the candidature of Jordan Jordan is currently counselor, agrees. The Assembly unanimously elected Vice-President Jordan Giordano.
Secretary: the current secretary, Carla Arno is, at once, re-proposed for the position and the assembly confirmed it with warm applause.
Treasurer: The current treasurer, Angela Cevenini, absent an unforeseen event, asked the president to make Bevilacqua Bruno share the difficulties of meeting families at the time, making it unavailable to perform his full duties. Step 1) Some hints concerning the Christmas: the families involved in the project are 36, while children will be hosted 41, since 5 families have invited two children.
A warm welcome to three new families: Bazzocchi Giuseppe / De Stefano Stefani, Bolognesi Moreno / Knobs Angela, Nicola Zanini / Zurzolo Margherita.

Step 3) The Christmas dinner this year will be at the Social Centre "Villa presses" on a Colombarola, 46 Bologna (area Corticella), street parking adjacent, especially via Gorki (Coop).
The date, almost forced, is scheduled for Friday, December 12, 2008 at 20.00 .
We will have a nice lounge that can accommodate about 180 people which is the number of guests who would like to reach. To do this it is desirable that all members are present (we are 54 families) and actively inviting friends and relatives. I "referring to the group" will be in contact with all members to collect membership that must be received by the end of November.
Social Centre take care of everything. The menu includes water, wine, two first, two seconds, and sweet liqueur (coffee will be eat at the bar below). The shareholding is set at € 25 per person , like last year, for children aged 6 to 12 years we expect a share of € 10, while for children below 6 years, participation is free. The proceeds (50% of collection) will be donated to the orphanage in Gomel.
