Experimental Coast Bird Observatory Pearl - 2010 Activities

For This year the convention has been renewed for the Management of Experimental Bird Observatory of Costa Perla by FaunaViva.
The station is located in the Parco del Monte Barro, Roccolo locations in the town of Galbally.

The plant used to make catches for scientific, is situated in a Roccolo historically used for hunting for migratory birds, and it has kept the structure of both the central mast used for toll masked networks.

After discontinuation of hunting in its turn, the plant was reactivated in the 90s to use for ringing scientific purposes.
Since 2006, the plant is managed by FaunaViva. The structure of scientific activity that combines educational and informative, being open to the public during the entire period of activity and being fit in educational programs conducted at schools.
