SUBJECT: CALL MEETING MEMBERS
hereby Ladybug invite members to attend the meeting to be held in Bologna, at the Social Centre "Villa presses" of via Colombarola, 46 (Corticella), Thursday, 14/10/2010, at 19.00.
AGENDA:
(from 19.00 to 19.45, approximately)
1) Information on Project Christmas 2010. Collecting all necessary documentation. Details on the arrangements for payments.
2) Fundraising and donations in 2010 (To date).
3) Upcoming events: Calendar 2011 (self) - Christmas Dinner 2010 (fundraising).

4) Service summer: ideas for a debate (in a few days we will send the appropriate document).
5) Any other business.
WARNING: As you can see, apart from the first point is targeted at families participating in the Christmas project, following the meeting presents topics of interest to all the families involved. So all are invited to attend and contribute.
NOTE FOR MEMBERS OF THE DRAFT OF CHRISTMAS: To avoid the situation somewhat 'chaotic that you can create, fill out at home three attached forms (Schedule Family Unit; Dich. / Commitment to Com.Minori-Alleg. 8 with signature of both spouses; confir.
